Renaissance development - coventry

Hi, just wondering whether anyone has either bought or has recently moved into Persimmon's new development in Coventry called Renaissance. We have just put an 'early bird' reservation on a plot and have since seen some of the reviews on this and unfortunately more websites which are concerning me! Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi. Don't know about the Coventry development but I bought a house from the Lichfield development and I would never ever buy from Persimmon again. They were brilliant leading up to the exchange of contracts but as soon as we got our keys, this service just disappeared. I have spent the past year battling with them over so many issues and to be honest, the terrible service is probably more frustrating and stressful than the actual snagging problems themselves. If you have purchased from them then I wish you all the luck in the world and hope I dont see you posting awful comments about them in a few months!

Not sure about any other websites. This was the first one I came across when I went looking along with the small claims court process!
