Has anyone actually won against this housebuilder

Hi,
its just a thought, has anyone actually won a case against the mighty Persimmon Homes. I see a lot of people who have been ( in thier own words ) SHAFTED and Cheated but the same stories keep on coming. My own personal experience at the callous hands of Persimmon have left me with no freedom of thought or speech as they had a court order issued by the Court of sessions banning me from pursueing what they owe me. Be very , very carefull as they use the courts and the vast sums of cash they have to cripple you if you dare try to challenge them. I will be starting a rally against Persimmon Homes using transport draped with this website address and this in turn might gather more support. one word of caution, BEWARE. ruthless in business is one way to describe persimmon but what do I know.

persimmon got me arrested for chasing money they owed me
persimmon got a high court interdict against me
persimmon used two seperate police forces to have me arrested
persimmon finaly got a judge to bankrupt me

I had a good, long term running business
had a good quality home
had two good quality motor cars
NOT ANY MORE.

MONEY can buy whatever you want if you know the right people and god must know that persimmon homes do to.

unfortunatly, i cannot go into detail about the **&^^(*%^R^ that run persimmon homes as they would stop at nothing to get me arrested on the conditions of the court order that they have hung over my head.
