Default Hot Water tank on Chipboard!

    Hi

Does anyone else have this problem? Our hot water tank is sitting on an unsupported sheet of chipboard which is starting to give way so that the tank is now tilting by 4-5 cm's. Persimmon are being their usual customer un-focussed selves and I am really worried about this.

If you (or anyone you know) has had this problem and beaten Persimmon to get it sorted, please let me know as I really need some help

    Many thanks in advance

    Wendy

The floor boards should be tongue and grove, and should easily be able to support the later tank.

Maybe pictures would help - can you take some?
