Newbie here - I don't know if anyone else on this forum knows/lives on this development. My aged mother moved there in 2007 (new build - a good idea for an old person!) BUT!!! 3 years later, the road has not been adopted, and the proposed bus route will not run through the estate, as they sold a parcel of land, where the bus route was to join an older road, to one of the property owners.
This was one of the main reasons that she bought the place, so she could give up her car...
