    Default Seem's I'm not alone....

    We bought a Persimmon home 3 months ago.

    The 30day snagging list was completed & there was a fairly long list of little bit's and pieces, nothing major though luckily.

    Basically the over-all finish of the property is appalling.

    Since moving in we haven't heard from them other than to ask for the paper work back that they mistakenly gave us....we contact them but get nothing back.

    We ring the sales office & just get told Customer Care are dealing with it.

    They really are just after your money!!

    We also found out we paid £10grand more than the neighbour who's house is joined to ours & is a mirror of our house even tho we went thru the same process at the same time!!!

    Same old, same old... The snagging is done by the Sales Reps, who I'd hardly call qualified...! Everytime you try to ring someone, it's "call customer care" where you'll get through to an answerphone... It's making my aging mother so ill!
