Gladedale manor kingdom problem builders

Manor kingdom developements in Scotland are owned by Gladedale and are marketed as the prestegeous developement division of the Gladedale empire.
The problems we have had with this builder over the last two years have been horrific. Gable ends collapsing,serious water ingress,and serious building safety problems.Currently it has been established that the buildg ties have not been installed by the builders throughout the developement.Gladedale continue to build new building without rectifying the defects in their sold buildings.
NHBC have been involved without succees and Gladedale stiil fly the NHBC flags outside their Manor Kingdom sales office.
Direct reference to Gladedale management has done no good.
In the last two years Manor Kingdom Scotland have gone through 4 General Managers and on this site it is the 14th site manager.

I cannot agree more with the comments about this house builder. I have been waiting to move into my new flat in the Merhcant City of Glasgow since the middle of November. The communication has got a little better but generally they have been unhelpful and give out the wrong information. The latest date I have been given to move in is later this month however the actual site will still be a building site for a long time so even if I get to move in it will not exactly be perfect. When I went to look at my flat the secure temporary entrance was broken meaning anyone could wonder in. In addition to this the kitchen is off lesser quality and uses completely different materials from what I was led to believe. They have also used rather large cheap radiators and put one in between the living room and kitchen. They refuse to move it. this means I cannot fit any type of dining table in the flat without going to considerable expense to get this removed. Anything plans I was shown and their own webpage shows a table in this spot and it is sheer stupidity that the radiator was put here. There is nothing premier about the brand and this goes for other fixtures and fittings in the flat also. Dissappointing does not explain it. I have no recourse as legal fees are expensive, deposit is down etc but it is infuriating that housebuilders give it the big sell but dont follow through. I would never buy off plan again or anything from this developer.
