I bought a Drumbow House over a year ago and I am still waiting for my snagging to get sorted out. The biggest problem was our gable wall which was bulging. Drumbow said it was OK. But the NHBC Inspector told them to rebuild it. This has now been done (though we had to ask them to remove the scaffolding from around our house a month after they had finished the work!)The things still waiting to be done include a UPVC window wit a badly damaged panel to be replaced, A Window which leaks everytime it rains, numerous electrical problems, Every screw used to fit the Gyprock has popped, Roof tile edgings need replaced... the list goes on!!! To cap it all, they decided (at last) to surface the road 3 weeks ago. this involved digging out all of the drains they'd already put in, building a barrier of kerbstones half way across the entrance to my road and then leaving it. After complaining about the state of the road, they dug a hole where their barrier had been and again, just left it.

The houses are nice but there is NO customer service.
