This lot are a local company from Dundee. There houses look really good but the finishing and workmanship is atrocious. For instance, cement rendering all over the monoblock paving, no sockets connected to wires. Leaks, ruined external door handles. Bad painting, scrapes on the outside walls. I could go on. Speaking to the neighbours everybody has at least one major fault and loads of smaller ones. The worst has to be no street lights. The office wil answer your calls (sometimes) but after 4 months I'm still waiting.

like me you have the same problems with smaller developers, dreadful finish, poor quality, but what can you do? NHBC are pretty useless and these cowboys get away with it time and time again.
