Has anyone ever bought from this lot?
I bought a new flat from them 13 months ago. I have doors that let water in, a condensation problem, ice cold aluminium window frames (on the inside), and doors and windows i cannot sit within 5 feet of due to the intense cold emanating from them when it is cold outside!
Abridge do not answer any correspondance, instead they have the builders deal with any problems.
Without going into too much detail, 3 or 4 flats in the complex suffer from these problems, but they are trying to blame everything but the doors and windows, which were supplied by Birchdale. Does anyone have any dealings with them, as they seem to be a very Mickey Mouse company?

Small builder and developers hiding behind their contractors is a common problem.
Whilst the nationals can be not much better you can at least usually get something done about defects eventually.

I would never buy a new home from a small builder............EVER!
