TV Programme looking for problem homes

We've been contacted by a major TV programme who are intending to run a campaign about the defects found in new homes.

The TV company are looking for homebuyers who are having problems or struggling to get the NHBC or builders to repair the defects. Filming is due to start in the next few weeks for broadcast in a couple of months, but the intention is to run the campaign for the whole series.

The Chester Racecourse Development built by David McLean Homes and now Elan Homes, has many problems. The management company for the apartments called a meeting at the end of last year to try to find a way forward, as they mounted.
