Hi I bought a new flat and after moving in found out that the the developer built the flat as a house and not a flat, so everything that the person says or do (no limitations) i can hear in my flay, they moved us out for a month to rectify the issue, but when we moved back in nothing had changed, they even dropped our ceilings down by a 100mm!!!!! they did not do any pre completion sound testing at all. they jusy fobed us off over and over and now it been almost 3 years coming up, they are going to move us out again to do more remedial works, fair enough they goning to pay for the hotel etc, by i thinkthey are liable to pay coompensation. i oushed for sound testing and as per my thoughts it failed on 2 ocasions.

this whole issue just sucks and they take forever to return calls letters etc. they try to make it seem now that they are doing us a favour, we paid almost £250k and yet it is like sharing a house with someone.
