We had purchased a holiday flat in Mohali -India. We had paid monies upfront prior to final decoration & completion of build. We have the reciepts of all monies paid though we deciced to pull out not signing the contract. We were assured the return of our full refund. Though the proprietor is now being elusive, & his agent requests all the original reciepts & contract to be returned prior to them (GILLCOVALLEY) proir to them refunding our money. We do not trust they will return our monies, & hence do not know what action to take. This is truely ruined our life over the last 15months as the stress it has caused. Can anyone help & advise.
