Hi Gary,like you I bought a redrow house in 2007. It took all of 2yrs to rectify faults including changing the central heating systemfrom gas to oil. the electric boilers to run a wet system were inadequate and were burning out. still redrow took at least 12months to agree that there was a major fault. the insulation is rubbish,doors don’t fit properly,windows are not straight and so i could go on & on.certainly redrows brochures do not reflect the truth when the claim there houses are built to a high standard!!!!!!!! regards, Sandie Kelly’s Redrow Home by sandie
