Hello,
We have a new build home, england. only been in it since march 2008, that winter we suffered from very bad mould and damp throughout the house. there are other snagging issues that are ongoing and basically, we have had enough. we want to sue them for the undue stress, and we want the cowboy developers to take the property back. This is how bad they are, they GLUED a light bulb in place. now the bulb has blown and we need to replace it, but cannot without breaking the lot. they have had to replace the bathroom extract fan 3 times, it still leaks now. we now await further report to determine if the damp is coming from the floor, if so this is further structural damp to the blocked cavities and will require total refurbishment.
can anyone sugguest a lawyer? can anyone help? this has truly ruined our life.
