A number of developers are struggling with the economic downturn. For anyone thinking of a new build check the developer is not about to go out of business.

Working in the finance sector, I was lucky enough to be able to check the financial postition of my developer. A word of warning - MANORLANE HOMES - are in extreme financial difficulties. In the event of buying a new build and your developer going out of business, your NHBC or ZURICH guarantee would cover your defects.
