I've bought a brand new home

I've bought a brand new home and although I am generally happy with it, i have experienced:

1) Blatant mis-truths by the sales departments
2) A solicitor who appeared to be acting in the best interests of the developer, and not me.
3) The developer working adjacent to my property outside permitted working hours.
4) Total mis-management of the works to remedy the defects - to date the developer has probably spent 3 whole weeks in my property carrying out remedial work. Most of this time was putting right other damaged caused during the remedial works or carrying out remedial works a second or third time.

I seem to be running out of enegy to battle with the developer, however I have stated a 'Facebook' group in which I will rant and rave.
