New homes general question.

Any one had any dealings with Elitehomes. They are based in the north west of england.
Do new house builders give a technical specification, Can you demand one or incorporate in the contract ?

One Builder not Elitehomes, stated that as they had covered a culvert near the devolppment, each house holder on the estate must pay ?12.00 per month towards the upkeep, any comments ?

I dont know, nor indeed have ever heard of Elite Homes, but i can tell you that you are entitled to know how your house is being / or has been constructed, most builders / developers wont actually let you have plans or drawings, as they will probably use the copyright act, which is fair enough, as any drawing is nothing more than a guideline anyway, and all drawings are covered by disclaimers anyway, if i was you i would right to there technical department, or there customer services department and ask all you require to know, i doubt you will have any problems getting what you want.
