Any experience with this builder?

Hi there! Just found this site, which was a blessing and a curse. Loads of useful information, but scary as anything due to the fact I am considering purchasing a new build home! :roll:

I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with St James Homes? So far the service I have had has been great - attentive customer services people and so on. Reading everybodies experiences I am sure this will change but it would be nice to know if anyone has had any experience with them.
