Home Exchange Scheme

Hi,

Would like some advice please and would also like to hear from anyone that may have done this.

I am currently looking at a Bovis Home development and Part Exchange has been offered - providing the new house I am planning to purchase is 25% more than my current home. The question I am asking does anyone know if there is any movement in the 25% - as I have spoken with my mortgage lender and they can only offer me additional funds of £35000 which is only 20% more than my current home.

Would just like some advice so that I am more aware of this scheme for when I see the Sales Advisor

Any advice or stories from people that may have done this, would be much appreciated.
