The Management Company - duh! Mainstay

Miller home. Moved in over a year ago. Sold as a gated development. After a fight we have our gates.

The management company (starts with M and ends in y) told us we'd have 2 keyfobs for the gates. But guess what? Now we have 1. How much for the other? £50.

Miller probably use this company widely. It's a well-known company.

Remember your house and the development are also dependent upon the usefulness of the management company.

Personally I'm not happy with Mainstay.
