Update: Miller Scotland East customer service now say they won't send anyone to inspect it and they will not even consider any snagging issues connected with guttering regardless of whether it was an installation problem or not. In their opinion any problems are solely for the owner to resolve and should be claimed on house insurance and the bad weather absolves Miller of all responsibility. This isn't what was said the previous week, nor - importantly - when we were sold the house. Seems that snagging promise was worthless in this case. Now looking at what further action to take.
