 |  failure to complete
We are in contractual obligation with George Wimpey to complete on a property transaction at a price that was agreed almost 2 years ago. As the lending marketplace and property valuations have changed drastically, we are trying cancel the agreement and walk away from the legal contract. The builders have not completed in the original timeframes and have been about a year late. What are our options? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Walk away and tell them to kiss your backside. This company are Cowboys and I have no hesitation in using the word COWBOYS!!!
