:angry: What an absolute nightmare, id hope you get the house paid off for all the hassle, what development is this? i understand if you dont want to name for legal reasons

Me and the wife nealy bought a persimmon home @ St Johns Wakefield, the house we looked round had a poor overall finish, the blockwork in the garage was a disgrace and looked as if it had been pointed by kids with thier hands:unsure: the site was a disgrace with mud everywhere no matter what time we visited site.... i could go on but wont hence we walked and viewed other sites, i still believe it is the staff and site manager that counts, regardess of who the developer is.

of course, staff and site manager are important but nevertheless, you also need a reliable building inspector as you can see in the above mentioned case.
