I did this a few weeks ago but have had no reply, I think I will have to revert to snail mail or attend a surgery...

Well I have had a response from the Office of Fair Trading

It is now sticky - this is not the greatest forum software in the world so it doesn't make much difference. Any news re the magazine articel?

Thanks for that, hopefully if we can get it 'sticky' on the tickeverybox site too.

I got the petition extended by 1 month to co-incide with the magazine article, don't want to put any detail in here just yet - want it to be a surprise to the builder but have emailed you seperately.
