Although violence shouldn't be condoned, it is completely understandable given the circumstances. Unfortunately most people simply give up, good luck with the legal action Alan. I know a couple of cases where the developer has paid up and paid off the claimants mortgage (they weren't supposed to tell me as they had signed a gagging order). Tony

| Arrested
Hi Tony, You think that's bad Bryant Homes had me arrested!!!!! Their site manager made up a complete pack of lies, had me on bail for 3 months with the site manager finding so called new evidence against me every few weeks. I was eventually told there was no evidence and no charges were brought against me. Unfortunately the damage has been done and I have been alienated from my neighbours. GK |
