Taylor Wimpey customer service is a disgrace, I bought a home from them last year June 2010, had problems with a leak at the back of the toilet and had a few other snagging problems, was told they could only take one urgent problem to deal with and email them with the rest, my urgent leak took 3 weeks for a plumber to arrive after phoning at the end of every week only to discover from site manager the senile or stupid woman at customer care 4got to send the report to them that's what took so long, then after fixing it the young guy (looks like he just came out of school) left a gas canister in the middle of the toilet floor and there was 3 young kids in the house, now have a problem with the garage door was told it prob wouldn't b covered under warranty but they sent some1 out, same old, a part had to be replaced altho the guy told us the garage door is too heavy for the frame anyway that was 3 weeks ago then today surprise surprise was the wrong 1, so now have to get a new garage door yeah well so I'd have thought they said it will prob be a 2nd hand door, don't understand it if we bought the house with a new garage door and because the doors too heavy for the frame why the he'll should I accept a 2nd hand door, I wil fight them all the way, and the arrogant customercare team in Glasgow ...... Watch this space because al name you all in the newspapers and watchdog if I have toA very unhappy customer and also There is another resident in the street with the same problem onthe garage door
