Barratts -Heathfield Development, Bonnybridge, Falkirk After being in our property for 3 years we are still fighting to have our problems resolved, I have water leaking in (as do most of the houses in the development) caused by a problem with the design and I still have not had a representative from Barratts to even look at the problem. I was promised that the site manager would call in on Monday and it's now Wednesday and still no!!! Our dream home is turning into a disaster!! I have complained over the past three years, the mortar from the roof keeps falling off and keeps on being patched. I am disgusted with the customer service and the way we have been spoken to and treated, apauling!!!
