Dear Mark,We have been trying to get in touch regarding the house we bought from Bryants several years ago, which we found not to have been inspected for building regulation compliance, and which, is in an appalling state. All, or most, of our correspondence has been conducted through our constituency MP [to various bodies inc. Council, DCLG, FOS, NHBC etc.], and is authentic.
