In 2007 my wife and I purchased a new renovation from a Bristol builder.Ever since we have had trouble with the drains including infestation of rats bad smells and blockages all this in a so called NEW drainage system under a new extension built by the builder. We have contacted the builders but they are not interested so we had an independant drain survey and CCTV completed on the 21/7/10 which revealed all sorts of problems due to poor instalation.Can you help my disabled father lives in the extention has COPD and we are at our wits end.My contact number is 07742163644.
