Hello everybody, I have just came across this site as I am in the process of buying a new build house from Ward Homes. I have already exchanged contracts and would like to consider using the services of a professional snagging inspector. Is this a worthwhile investment? I was thinking about arranging for one on the day we inspect the house. |
