7 Days notice

Hi,

I'm purchasing a Bryant (off plan from early last year) and no getting to the stage of getting mortgage arranged and all the associated policies....

Our lender has stated that we need to have House Insurange (which we knew) before funds would be drawn down.

The issue I have, is that Bryant say they are only obliged to give you 7 working days notice of an official move in day...not a lot of time to arrange.

Why they can't give a more reasonable time is beyond me. We're spending a fortune on the house and all the upgrades with it....come on Bryant...a bit more customer care required !!!
