Hi all,

I wonder does anyone have any experience of dealing with misselling/false advertising of a property. I have recently viewed mine and was already concerned about the drop in value due to the house price crash. On viewing it however I notice that they have completely changed the specifications. Plastic instead of chrome fittings, electic instead of gas hob, general poor workmanship, forgettin to put in telephone points the list goes on. The standard is very poor. I haven't completed (can't anyway) on the basis that this was not what i bought. They now intend to persue. Any advice would be great.
