As Noel Marshall says 'Provides a 12mm bed which produces an industry standard 10mm joint'. Not if you go to any sites on the go just now where you will find joints anywhere from 3mm to 25mm. I speak from experience as a Gladedale customer.
According to the NHBC 3mm to 25mm joints are fine. But what would they know. They are an insurance company, not a professional building company.
Tommy Walsh says the industry standard is a 10mm joint, but what would he know. There is a British Standard which clearly specifies a 10mm joint, but again, what would they know. The NHBC are the standard setting organisation for the house building industry - utter bo***cks.
