Manorlane - quality homes I don't think so. You have been warned - Liberty Row estate in Armadale is their first attempt at building houses. Residents up in arms over their poor customer service and build quality.
All they are interested in is getting your money and don't follow their customer charter.

Problems reported by residents include, waste pipes leaking, poor finishings, walls not square, scratched and damaged windows, houses not sealed properly, brickwork poor and precasting a total mess.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from any company, they don't return your calls, avoid face to face contact, will not provide timescales or a schedule of works and the biggest thing is they won't take accountability for their product they blame everyone exceot themselves.

If anyone is thinking of buying one of there houses think again, you will be stressed to the max and be frustrated with there lack of care for your wellbeing.
