Where the hell do I take a complaint about Customer Service with Persimmon when the MD wont answer my letters and the Regional Chairman wont return my calls ?

[li]Some suggestions, most companies will have a formal complaints procedure. You could try that.
[/li][li]You can contact the NHBC if it is to do with snagging or warranty issues.[/li][li]Trading Standards[/li][li]The press[/li][li]The internet - blogs, this site and even your own[/li][li]Buy a share and attend the annual general meeting and make your voice heard[/li][li]Write to your MP[/li]

You can find out the address of Company Director's on Companies House website for a couple of pounds. It is certainly another place to send letters of complaint.

I would try bringing it to the attention of your Member of Parliament. They may then pass it to the attention of the Office of Fair Trading who are actively looking at the new house building trade.

It is also possible for some consumer organisations such as Which? to make Super Complaints on behalf of consumers - see http://www.dti.gov.uk/consumers/fact...page24704.html
