I am keen to pursue the ---- myself through lobbying the government and taking the issue up with the various professional organisations that i belong to. You might have noticed from my profile details that i am disgusted by the lack of enthusiasm that the ---- has for pressing builders to comply with their requirements and standards.

I always advise my clients not to accept a builders quick fix as the underlying issues can and generally do resurface to cause problems at a later date....usually when the builder is outside of his 2 year liability period.
