squeaky flooring

My property is not a new build, I have lived in my Nottinghill Housing Association - Rialto Home since 1995. The problem is very squeaky flooring, I mean squeaking with every step I take, my floor and the floor in the flat above me. I believe my floor is chipboard on top of a floating concrete floor.

Has anyone found a remedy to this problem. The Housing Association say it is my responsibility to fix it as it counts as wear and tear.

Can anyone help me!
