Angry Still no allocated car parking

Can anyone offer any advice.

We have lived in our new build apartment for 3 years plus. We were sold it with 'the sole use of one designated car park space', which is outlined on our deeds.

After 3 years of e-mails with the developer we still have no allocated car parking space in the car park even though the rest of the development and apartment blocks have had their car parks white lined. We have ongoing problems with too many residents cars for the small car park so it is really frustrating as we should have somewhere to park.

We have had 3 years of their excuses and have got nowhere. We don't know our rights and wondered if the developer is in breach of contract as we have not what got we paid for. We feel that we have been mis-sold our apartment and that we must have some kind of legal rights to get some compensation for not having our allocated space and for the stress and constant headache with all the correspondance that we have put up with.

Can anyone offer any advice or has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks

Watchdog might be interested. Have you tried to get the builder to come out and have a look and explain why its been 3 years? id prehaps visit one of theyre offices and demand to speak to someone or alternatively write to the director of the company or give him a call demanding it to be resolved in the next 2 weeks or you'll have to seak legal advice. Builders have a habit of fobbing you off. its only when you get forcefull and the realise your no going to just roll over that they ever do anything about it.
