Default You are not alone.

Colin,

I have exactly the same issues as you discussed. Stewart Milne have stated they would repair my leaking house months ago (January) and we still don't have a date. Just to make matters worse this week, more rain caused new water penetration to another two rooms to my home. In total 5 rooms with water penetration. Its the destruction and damage of watching your new home being destroyed when it could have been prevented.

Milne are not disputing the work required to be carried as per my surveyors report, however just appear to be ignoring us and lawyers letters. I contacted Aberdeen by email on Wednesday 9 July 2008, regarding the new defect and there has still been no comment from them or their lawyer.

Why don't they just stop wasting time and recify their customers issues satisfactorily to enable the unfortunate customers to at least say they corrected the defects timeously and effectively.

Hard to keep your chin up but its your investment and you have to keep fighting.
