Unfortunately it is not as simple as that. In one respect, as would be expected from a city law firm, the interdict was well crafted. However in another respect, the supporting information contained a number of flaws, inaccuracies and errors. If I have understood it correctly - one suggestion was made that through my actions I have caused a drop in Gladedale’s house sales????????? This is just my interpretation of it, but does this mean that Gladedale are not being affected by the current crisis that all the other house builders are experiencing?????????
In the past few weeks however the situation has gotten much worse. As such I am now extremely concerned for my and my family’s safety. |
