No articles have been written yet, i contacted a newspaper "The Judge" at the Sunday Mail who wrote out to them on several occasions. I asked Stewart Milne for a date they would be commencing the repair work, however the response was the threat of sign here, no contact with the media and we'll do the work. I would have gladly signed a gagging order if they were buying the dump back off me. To date they are now back to ignoring our solicitors letter. I am hoping they will respond to the MSP. There really does require a united front by buyers to change the procedure when buying a new build house.
The flats on our development have had water pouring into them also, i am sure the residents now in the final block will experience issues by the start of next year. More people to add to the ever increasing complaints. |
