 Praise where its due
Much of this site is negative and rightly so but i must praise persimmon. Yes they have taken longer than expected to build our new house, yes the customer service has been appauling but in this last 3 weeks they have been excellent. Site have made major errors but with 1 day left of our mortgage offer and a cml at 5pm last night - following the gas meter 1 hour before we have completed. what a relief! i've had much stress and lack of sleep lately but on our new home demo last friday the house is beautiful. i'm sure we'll have plenty of snagging but i just feel Persimmon do deserve some praise and it would be a true reflection if there was some on here. they build thousands of houses each year and i bet people only come on here to complain. Will keep you posted on any problems we do have but at the mo i am just soooooo relieved. |
