I would suggest not to take in as a snag list before you moved in , they will try to ignore everything if you do. But any major things tell them to get it fixed before you move in.

We have moved in few days back and realised yesterday that the washing and dish washer are not connected properly. Only realised it when the plumber came in to fix some minor water leaks. I would suggest to keep checking in every 2 days and keep bugging them orelse they wont fix. Check all the windows as well , for us some of them did'nt fit properly.

You need to keep reminding them atleast 2,3 times a day to get things done.
